Black Belts are Lean Six Sigma expert project managers who will lead the quality improvement projects. Black Belts require strong statistical, leadership and interpersonal skills. Black Belts are the tactical leaders of the process improvement team. The training program will teach the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model of process improvement methodology, with advanced tools and techniques required for success.

A certified instructor presents all Lean Six Sigma eCourses in a live interactive online environment. Each of the ten eClasses is approximately 3 hours. Total eCourse duration: 30 hours online, and 60+ hours study.
