Expertise: Dr. Jagadish has twenty years of experience in projects,

Six Sigma. He is the founder Director of Lean Sigma Institute, Greater Noida
(Delhi-NCR). He is working with Xchanging Technology as Director-Process
Xcellence leading Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Visual Management, BPMS, BSC, 5S
& ISO-9001:2000 initiatives. Xchanging is a U.K.
based BPO and IT company providing services to Financial Markets, Insurance,
Procurement and HR services. He worked as Sr. Consultant and Master Black Belt
at AIT (Advanced Integrated Technology) group, USA
giving consultancy services in Lean, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management through
SCOR and Innovation. The AIT Group is a MNC having head office at Arizona,

Shanghai, Maxicali and Delhi.
While at the AIT Group, Jagadish has deployed Lean Six Sigma, BPMS and 5-S

He was certified & promoted to a Master Black Belt in 1997 and

dedicated to disseminating Six Sigma teaching across all of GE’s businesses in Southeast Asia.
In 1999 he was promoted to General Manager of GE Engine Services,
McAllen, Texas USA.

Eric Maass (29

Expertise:
Six Sigma Lead Master Black Belt / Master
Instructor, author of Motorola's first published Six Sigma articles on the
focus on variance reduction as one of the originators of Six Sigma Methodology
("A Strategy for Reducing Variability..." and "System Moments
Method for Reducing Fabrication Variability", both published in 1987).
Eric developed and patented a novel multiple Y statistical
optimization approach, Yield Surface Modeling; all 60
products developed using Yield Surface Modeling have been "first pass
successes", with high yield. Eric has developed Motorola's Six Sigma
Black Belt, Design For Six Sigma, Digital Electronics and Wireless
